I am a 2025 Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo alumna, with a B.S. in Journalism (concentration in Public Relations) and a minor in Event Planning and Experience Management.
My experience spans public relations, event coordination, and strategic communication, allowing me to craft compelling narratives and execute high-impact events that leave lasting impressions. With a keen eye for design and brand consistency, I have successfully developed digital media content, coordinated large-scale events—including California’s Annual Leadership Summit, EIM’s Annual Auction celebration, and currently the San Luis Obispo International Film Festival — and managed communications with key stakeholders, including government officials and executives. My expertise in tools like Canva Pro, Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and website builders enables me to create engaging content and streamline event processes. I have also developed strong skills in social media marketing and created engaging content for various platforms.
I thrive in collaborative environments, bringing strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. In addition to my event coordination and marketing skills, I am also a leader and a team player. I was the Director of Rituals for my sorority, Delta Gamma, leading initiation ceremonies and and rituals to strengthen our sisterhood. I have also collaborated cross-functionally with fellow leadership roles to ensure alignment on events, goals, scheduling, and budgets.
